Campus: Pima Medical Institute - Colorado Springs, CO
Schedule: 10 hours per week - Evenings
Hourly Rate: $22.88 – $27.46

Your Role & Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to diverse learning styles.

Evaluate student work and provide timely, constructive feedback.

Mentor and advise students, supporting their academic and professional growth.

Supervise and guide students during their externship experiences.

Attend faculty meetings, workshops, and participate in ongoing professional development.

Maintain accurate student records and ensure a safe, productive learning environment.

Collaborate with campus staff to support student recruitment, placement, and success.
Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program OR three (3) years of relevant training and experience.

Experience: A minimum of three (3) years of full-time, practical experience as a Medical Assistant.

Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), video-conferencing tools, and general computer applications.

Certification: Current CMA or RMA certification is required.
