Location: El Paso, TX
Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM (20 hours/week)
Pay: $28.19 – $35.23 / hour

Minimum Requirements
- To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Education: Associate degree from an AVMA CVTEA-accredited program.
- Experience: At least three (3) years of practical, hands-on experience in the veterinary field.
- Licensure: Current Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) status (or other required state designation).
- Skills: Strong communication and basic tech skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
What You’ll Do
- Teach & Demonstrate: Prepare engaging lectures and lead practical, hands-on demonstrations in the lab.
- Skill Verification: Monitor laboratory competencies and use checklists to confirm students are ready for the field.
- Support Student Success: Track attendance, meet with students to encourage retention, and provide the extra support they need to graduate.
- Stay Organized: Record grades, follow the established curriculum, and ensure the classroom/lab environment meets all safety standards.
