Share your knowledge in occupational therapy principles, therapeutic modalities, and compassionate care, using our established curriculum and supportive resources.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Implement and evaluate daily lesson plans for students, including scheduled activities and materials for the semester.

Plan instruction to achieve specific objectives based on student needs and the established curriculum.

Monitor student attendance and prepare weekly attendance reports.

Maintain student grades by established policies and prepare final grades at the end of the semester.

Evaluate students' performance in both curriculum and clinical activities, making necessary provisions to meet learning needs.

Prepare and deliver lectures, labs, and practical demonstrations for students.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Baccalaureate degree from an institution accredited by a regional or national accrediting body recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE).

Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy or Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

Three (3) years of occupational experience in occupational therapy.

Current licensed Occupational Therapist or Occupational Therapy Assistant, credentialed according to Texas state regulations.

Documented expertise in teaching responsibility and knowledge of the content delivery method.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other computer applications.

Hourly Rate: $31.00 - $38.75 /hour
