    Location: Tucson Campus
    Full-time: 40 hours  (Full-time with benefits or Temporary) 
    Class Schedule: 8 am to 5 pm
    Compensation: $28.19 to $35.23
       

    In this role, you will also:
    Implement daily lesson plans; monitor student attendance and success rates; maintain grades; coordinate guest speakers and field trips; deliver lectures and demonstrations; advise students; ensure safety; and assist with externships.

    Minimum Qualifications – you must have: 

    • Associate degree from a regionally or nationally accredited institution (CHEA or USDE-recognized) and/or training from an otherwise recognized entity (e.g., military program) in surgical technology equivalent to an Associate Degree.
    • And one of the following experience paths:
      • 4 years of job-related training and experience (if not a graduate of an accredited surgical technology program), or
      • 3 years of operating room experience in the scrub role within the last 5 years, and/or 3 years teaching in surgical technology
    • Current Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential through an NCCA-accredited national certification program
    • Current license, NBSTSA certification, or other credential as required by local, state, and/or federal laws
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Working knowledge of Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and basic computer skills
