Job Title: Student Services Coordinator
Location: Denver Campus
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with one late evening per week, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
Annual Salary Range: $64,490 - $80,610

In this dynamic role, you’ll work closely with the Campus Director to foster student success—academically, personally, and professionally. What You’ll Do:

Monitor student progress and attendance, providing proactive advising and support.

Guide students through academic, attendance, and personal challenges, connecting them with appropriate resources.

Manage student status changes, including leaves of absence, withdrawals, and disciplinary actions.

Collaborate with campus departments (financial aid, admissions, career services) to resolve student concerns.

Plan and coordinate student activities, recognition events, orientation, and graduation ceremonies.

Serve as a knowledgeable resource on institutional policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Required Qualifications:

High school Diploma,Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

Three (3) years of experience advising students in a post-secondary educational setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal abilities and comfort working with diverse student populations.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.

Management or supervisory experience is a plus.
