Be the Difference-Maker! As the friendly, knowledgeable face of student support, you will be the go-to person for students navigating their educational journey.
Join our dedicated team and make a difference in students’ lives!
We believe that a supportive community is the foundation of academic achievement. If you have a positive, problem-solving mindset and a genuine desire to empower students, we invite you to apply. You’ll work alongside a dedicated group of professionals committed to creating a thriving, inclusive, and encouraging educational environment. Together, we don't just help students succeed—we help them persevere.
Your day-to-day impact will include:
- Proactively monitor academic and attendance reports to identify students who may need a helping hand, intervening early to keep them on the path to success.
- Connect students with vital resources, both internal (like tutoring) and external (such as agencies for childcare, housing, or financial assistance). You’ll be the bridge that helps them overcome life’s hurdles.
- Reach out to students via phone, email, or in person with professionalism, empathy, and a listening ear. You’ll build trusting relationships while strictly adhering to FERPA guidelines to protect student privacy.
- Act as a knowledgeable navigator, directing students to the right department—whether it’s Financial Aid, Admissions, or someone else—to resolve their issues and challenges efficiently.
- Manage essential administrative processes with care, assisting students with Course Rescheduling, Leave of Absence forms, and facilitating the paperwork for re-enrollments to ensure a smooth transition back to school.
- Help plan and execute engaging events that foster school spirit and connection. From new student orientation and workshops to graduation ceremonies and student appreciation days, you’ll help create memorable experiences.
- Assist students in navigating electronic resources and help maintain a vibrant campus events calendar that highlights key dates, compliance topics, and community-building activities.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of all student interactions to ensure continuity of care and institutional effectiveness.
