Compensation: $31.00 – $38.75 per hour

This position is based at our Houston, TX campus. In this role, you'll guide prospective healthcare students from their first inquiry through enrollment, managing your own pipeline and hitting measurable targets in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain proactive contact with prospective students via phone, email, and other communication channels throughout the entire enrollment lifecycle.
- Conduct interviews with prospective students to assess their goals, program fit, and ability to benefit, following established guidelines.
- Respond to all incoming inquiries, explain academic programs in detail, and answer questions related to applications, enrollment, and courses.
- Utilize CRM systems and tracking tools to manage applicant pipelines and monitor performance against key metrics.
- Coordinate and facilitate campus tours, assessment tests, and collaborate with the Financial Aid department to determine student eligibility and start dates.
- Analyze enrollment statistics and marketing data to inform outreach strategies.
- Represent PMI at recruitment events including job fairs and high school visits; participate in evening and weekend work rotations as applicable.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state laws, accreditation requirements, and PMI policies, guaranteeing all communication is accurate and not misleading.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution, or an equivalent combination of training, education, or experience.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in education sales, admissions, or recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Internet research.
- Knowledge of problem-solving, conflict resolution, and delivering customer satisfaction.
- Private, proprietary school experience preferred.
