Student Accounts Partnership Specialist
Responsible for managing all aspects of business-to-business and agency partnerships related to invoicing and collections of funding.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Monitor and manage all invoicing related to business-to-business and agency partnerships.
- Prepare and issue invoices accurately and promptly according to partnership agreements and funding terms.
- Maintain accurate records of invoices issued and payments received.
- Conduct follow-ups on outstanding invoices and manage the collection process to ensure timely payment from partners.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to invoices and payments.
- Analyze data to track invoicing trends and partner payment behaviors, providing insights to improve processes.
- Support the development and maintenance of partnerships by providing excellent customer service and addressing partner inquiries related to invoicing.
- Assist in the creation of re Monitor and manage all invoicing related to business-to-business and agency partnerships.

- Maintain ports detailing invoicing activity, collections, and partnership funding status for management review.
- Stay updated on compliance regulations and best practices related to invoicing and collections within the educational sector.
- Participate in the development and enhancement of invoicing procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE).
- Proven experience in accounts management, invoicing, or financial collections, preferably within an educational or service-oriented environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and accounting software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field from a regionally or nationally accredited institution recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (USDE).
- Experience with Anthology Student Financial Aid Software, EDEXpress, Common Origination and Disbursement System (COD), with the ability to efficiently manage packaging, reporting, and compliance workflows.
