Are you an RRT with a passion for mentoring the next generation? Our higher education institution is seeking a practicing therapist to work part-time in our RT Clinical Lab. Share your real-world skills with eager students in a low-stress, hands-on environment.

The Job: A few hours per week – easy, flexible, and rewarding extra income.
Location: San Marcos, CA
Schedule: 8 am to 12 Noon or 12:30 to 4:30  2X per week 
Hiring Range: $35.66 to $44.57 per hour

Your Role:

  • Collaborate with faculty to develop and run realistic lab scenarios.
  • Mentor students one-on-one and provide feedback on their clinical skills.
  • Maintain lab equipment, manage supplies, and assist with grading (quizzes/check-offs).
  • Keep accurate, confidential student progress records.

You’re a great fit if you:

  • Are a current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT).

  • Have a minimum of three years of clinical experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist.

  • Enjoy teaching and advising students.

  • Can commit to a consistent, small weekly schedule.
