This role is ideal for an RN who wants to transition from long clinical shifts into a stable, Monday–Friday academic position focused on teaching, mentoring, and shaping the next generation of Licensed Practical Nurses.

As the primary on-campus instructor, you will deliver core nursing theory, guide students through simulation-based learning, and support their progression toward clinical readiness and NCLEX-PN success. • Theory & Lab Delivery: Deliver engaging didactic lectures, skills-lab demonstrations, and simulation-based learning experiences.

  • Curriculum Execution: Prepare and deliver structured lesson plans aligned with course syllabi, objectives, and outlines.

  • Student Advising: Maintain student records, provide academic counseling, and meet regularly with students to support progression.

  • Skills Lab Oversight: Manage skills-lab inventory, equipment, and readiness for daily student practice.

  • Faculty Coordination: Mentor new faculty and coordinate learning objectives with clinical instructors to ensure smooth alignment between classroom and off-site clinical environments.

  • Accreditation: Participate in faculty meetings, program evaluation activities, and nursing accreditation processes.

Minimum Requirements

  • Education: Master’s degree with a major in nursing (MSN) from a Nursing Education Program with national nursing accreditation.
