Are you the operational leader who can scale a $25M enterprise while building a startup from the ground up?

We are at a pivotal moment of growth and innovation. Pima Medical Institute is seeking a strategic and hands-on operations leader to drive two parallel missions: optimizing the performance of our established, multi-million dollar Online Division and architecting the future of our ambitious new B2B venture, PimaLearn.

This is not a role for a pure executor or a theoretical strategist. This is a role for a builder who thrives on both discipline and agility—someone who can extract maximum efficiency from a mature P&L while simultaneously navigating the uncharted territory of a corporate startup. You will be the bridge between a proven past and an exciting future.

Location: Remote      Travel: Up to 50% Nationwide    Compensation:  $148k to $193     Benefits: Executive Package

Your Dual Mandate:

As the Steward of the Online Division (~$25M Revenue):
You will own the end-to-end student journey. Your mission is to ensure our online education delivery is seamless, high-quality, and scalable. You will partner with marketing and admissions to optimize the funnel, implement high-touch retention strategies to improve student outcomes, and lead a dedicated leadership team. Your focus will be on data-driven decisions that protect our revenue base and lay the groundwork for a strategic growth plan to exceed $40M. You are the guardian of operational excellence in a business that is already succeeding.

As the Architect of PimaLearn (The Startup Venture):
This is your chance to build. You will design the operational workflows, sales processes, and client success infrastructure for our new B2B unit from a blank slate. You’ll take our core educational products and reimagine them for the corporate world. You will work hand-in-hand with C-level leadership to develop pricing models, establish feedback loops that shape the product roadmap, and build the "playbook" for onboarding and retaining corporate partners. You are the founder of a new business inside an established company.

Why You?
You are a rare hybrid: a data-driven operator with a "scaling discipline" and an entrepreneurial builder with a "founder's grit." You have deep experience in postsecondary education leadership, have managed a significant P&L, and have successfully launched new products or business units. You understand the nuances of the corporate sales cycle and can navigate the complexities of a corporate structure without losing the speed and creativity required to build something new.

You will lead with a blend of strategic vision and hands-on execution. You will recruit, mentor, and develop leaders. You will translate complex data into clear action. And you will be comfortable in the boardroom and on the road, traveling up to 50% to foster key partnerships and provide on-site leadership.

The Core of the Role:

  • Drive performance and profitability across two distinct but related business units.

  • Optimize the entire student lifecycle for the online division, from lead to career outcome.

  • Build the operational engine for PimaLearn, from sales workflows to client success protocols.

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration.

  • Leverage technology (CRM, LMS, SIS) to create seamless experiences and provide real-time data insights.

  • Travel extensively to build relationships, oversee operations, and champion our strategic vision.

Who You Are:

  • A Proven Leader: You have 10+ years of operational leadership in postsecondary education, with experience as a site leader (President, Director, or Regional leader) and a Master’s degree. (Required)

  • A Growth Driver: You have a track record of improving P&L performance, EBITDA, and contribution margins while scaling operations.

  • A Builder: You have successfully launched new products, locations, or business units and understand the difference between B2C and B2B sales cycles.

  • A Systems Thinker: You possess deep knowledge of SIS, LMS, and CRM platforms and know how to use them to drive efficiency and insights.

  • A Data Storyteller: You can turn complex data sets into clear, actionable strategies for your team and executive leadership.

  • A Relentless Traveler: You are open and available to travel up to 50% to support this national role.

Ready to build the future of education? If you are the operational leader who can balance the discipline of scale with the passion of a startup, we want to hear from you.
