Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee program operations, including accreditation, budgeting, faculty hiring, and curriculum development.

  • Ensure student success by monitoring retention, supporting at-risk students, and maintaining an 80%+ success rate.

  • Supervise faculty, coordinate clinical placements, and evaluate student performance.

  • Maintain compliance with ACOTE standards and submit required reports.

  • Teach courses as needed and foster a collaborative learning environment.

What You Bring

  • Master’s degree from an accredited institution (or equivalent for international degrees).
  • Graduate of an accredited OT/OTA program (CHEA or U.S. DOE recognized).
  • 5+ years of OT experience, including clinical practice and administration.
  • 2+ years of teaching experience at the postsecondary level.
  • Active Texas OT/OTA license (or eligibility).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
