Compensation: $35.66 – $44.57 per hour
Position Summary

Key Responsibilities
Student Recruitment & Pipeline Development:

Outreach & Lead Generation: Proactively recruit prospective students via inbound/outbound calls, emails, text messaging, and web/marketing campaign follow-ups.

Community & High School Outreach: Represent the institute at career fairs, job fairs, and high school visits to build a robust candidate pipeline and raise local program awareness.

Journey Management: Guide prospective students through the entire admissions lifecycle—from initial inquiry through interview, application, and their first day of class.
Advising, Admissions & Interdepartmental Coordination:

Interviewing & Alignment: Conduct thorough admissions interviews to evaluate candidate fit, explain program requirements, and align career goals with institutional offerings.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Financial Aid, Student Services, and campus leadership to coordinate testing assessments, manage applicant expectations, and ensure seamless student onboarding.

System & Data Management: Maintain accurate CRM records, track applicant milestones, and analyze personal recruitment metrics (enrollments, starts, contact rates) to meet or exceed monthly performance goals.

Regulatory Compliance: Adhere strictly to institutional guidelines, state/federal regulations, and accreditation standards (DOE, state agencies, ABHES).
Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Experience:
-
Three (3) years of education sales, admissions, or higher education recruitment experience.

Experience within private, proprietary post-secondary education preferred.

Skills: Demonstrated problem-solving, conflict-resolution, and consultative sales/customer service skills; proven ability to build and sustain trusting relationships.

An equivalent combination of training, education, or relevant experience meeting minimum qualifications will be considered.
