Maintenance Technician | Full-Time

Responsible for providing general maintenance and repair services to campus facilities, providing a safe, comfortable and efficient working and learning environment for both students and faculty.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable individual to join our team as a Campus Maintenance Specialist. In this role, you will assist campus administration in maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the campus and surrounding areas are free of trash and debris, performing regular inspections and reporting needed repairs, changing light bulbs, and coordinating routine maintenance.
• You will respond to maintenance calls and requests from campus administration and may be required to clean and organize classrooms, offices, and restrooms per an established schedule.

Minimum Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact with the public.

• Experience working as a janitor or custodian, preferably in a school environment.

• Any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.
