Location: Houston, TX (Regional Travel Required)
Pay: $28.19 – $35.23 / hour

We are looking for a high-energy High School Outreach Representative to be the face of our Houston campus. Your mission is simple but powerful: build vibrant partnerships with local high schools, inspire students through dynamic presentations, and guide them toward life-changing careers in allied health.

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Education: Associate degree in Education, Communications, or a related field.
- Experience: Proven experience in admissions, recruitment, or education-related outreach.
- Communication: Exceptional public speaking and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences (students, parents, and counselors).
- Collaboration: A track record of working effectively with various stakeholders and local organizations.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, data management, and Microsoft Office.
- Logistics: Ability to travel to local high schools, college fairs, and community events as needed.
Your Mission (Essential Functions)
- The Voice of the Campus: Represent our university at college fairs, community events, and high school presentations to drive interest and inquiries.
- Relationship Architect: Develop and maintain strong bonds with high school counselors and educators to create a pipeline for student success.
- Student Guide: Lead prospective students and their families through the entire enrollment process, from the first informational session to their first day of class.
- Dual Credit Liaison: Facilitate partnership enrollments by working with students from affiliated high school and higher education programs.
- Lead Generation: Proactively generate and nurture new inquiries, ensuring consistent follow-up to convert interest into enrollment.
- College Navigator: Provide clear guidance on applications, scholarships, and financial aid to help students overcome barriers to entry.
