Assist students in preparing and packaging their grant and/or loan applications to award funds in accordance with federal guidelines.

Essential Functions
- Conduct student interviews to assess financial aid needs and eligibility
- Maintain accurate student financial aid documentation
- Assist students with completing financial aid forms
- Counsel veteran students and ensure compliance with Department of Veterans Affairs guidelines
- Manage student payment plans and contact students with outstanding balances
- Track and process financial aid documentation, including ISIRs and federal fund releases
- Audit student files for completeness and accuracy
- Coordinate with Admissions regarding financial aid appointments

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years experience of financial assistance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Ability to access Department of Education systems
- Exceptional customer service skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree from an accredited institution
- Knowledge of Title IV funding
