Our Admissions Representative opportunity will play a key role in bringing new students into our career programs and providing them with the opportunity to achieve their goals. You will serve as a recruiter and advisor to guide our students into their educational journey.

Are you a closer who wants to make a difference? Pima Medical Institute is seeking a top-performing sales professional to join our Denver campus as an Enrollment Representative. In this role, you won't just hit quotas—you’ll directly impact futures by connecting passionate students with life-changing healthcare careers. This is a high-velocity, sales-driven position where your performance is measured by your ability to build a pipeline, guide prospects, and secure enrollments. Key Responsibilities: The Sales & Student Journey

  • Prospect & Generate Leads: Actively source and manage a pipeline of qualified leads through strategic outreach (phone, email, text, social media) and by representing PMI at community events, career fairs, and high school visits.

  • Consultative Selling & Closing: Conduct in-depth interviews to uncover student goals, present tailored solutions from our academic programs, handle objections, and confidently guide applicants to a decision.

  • Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Own the relationship from first contact to enrollment, ensuring a seamless and supportive journey that builds trust and excitement.

  • Exceed Performance Targets: Your success will be measured against clear KPIs, including contact-to-interview ratio, application completion, and ultimate enrollment numbers. Your compensation will reflect your ability to meet and exceed these goals.

  • Collaborate to Win: Partner strategically with Financial Aid and other departments to proactively advance applicants through the process and overcome hurdles.

  • A proven hunter and closer with 3+ years of experience in a quota-carrying sales, admissions, or business development role.

  • A resilient and competitive professional who thrives on achieving measurable results.

  • A persuasive communicator with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • A tech-savvy user of CRMs who is organized and driven by data.

  • Mission-aligned: You are passionate about the transformative power of education.

  • Must be available to work 100% on-site at our Denver campus, with flexibility for occasional enrollment events during evenings/weekends.

Compensation & Benefits: Earn What You're Worth

  • Competitive Total Compensation: A rewarding package that includes a strong base salary plus an uncapped incentive plan directly tied to your enrollment performance.

  • Annual Salary Hiring Range: $70,940 – $88,670
