Location: Pima Medical Institute, Albuquerque Campus
 Salary: $78,030 - $97,535

Overview: 
Lead the clinical vision for our Dental Hygiene program. This role is responsible for the clinic's operations, ensuring educational excellence, and mentoring both faculty and students in a hands-on environment.

Core Duties:

• Lead Clinic Operations: Manage daily clinic activities, budgets, supplies, and equipment maintenance.

• Drive Educational Excellence: Coordinate all clinical instruction, ensuring it meets program competencies and accreditation standards. Teach in classroom, lab, and clinical settings.

• Develop People: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate clinical faculty and staff.

• Ensure Compliance & Quality: Maintain and update all clinic manuals, policies, and procedures (OSHA, HIPAA, QA).

• Support Students: Monitor student clinical performance, develop remediation plans, and provide tutoring support.

• Manage Relationships: Address patient concerns, represent PMI at professional events, and establish external clinical affiliation agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).

• Current RDH or DDS/DMD license (NM state).

• Graduate of a CODA-accredited program.

• 3+ years of clinical experience.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
