 Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time Benefits Eligible (FTE & PTB)
 Pay: $16.51 - $19.82 per hour

Join our Houston campus as the Dental Hygiene Clinic Receptionist. In this key role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients and a vital support for our students. Your organization and customer service will ensure our clinic runs smoothly and professionally.

Your Core Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments.

  • Answer phone calls and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in full HIPAA compliance.

  • Process clinic payments and support basic bookkeeping.

  • Guide and mentor dental hygiene students during front-desk rotations.

  • Use dental software and manage standard office equipment.

Do You Qualify? (Minimum Requirements)

  • 1+ years of experience as a dental receptionist or in a dental front office.

  • Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.

  • Proficiency with computers and standard office software.

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Preferred: Hands-on experience with dental office software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).
