Assist in activities of the Dental Hygiene Program Clinic to support clinical endeavors in accordance with the curriculum standards and programmatic objectives.

Hiring Pay Range: $17.84 - $21.40/hour

About the Role:
Join our Houston dental clinic team in supporting the next generation of dental professionals! As a Clinic Assistant, you'll play a vital role in maintaining our state-of-the-art training facility while ensuring exceptional patient care standards.

Key Responsibilities:
• Partner with our Clinical Director to maintain efficient clinic operations
• Oversee instrument sterilization and maintain strict infection control protocols
• Provide chairside assistance to dentists and hygienists during procedures
• Manage clinic inventory and equipment maintenance
• Support front office operations when needed
• Train and mentor dental assisting externs
• Ensure compliance with all OSHA and Texas safety regulations

We're Looking For:
• Current Texas dental assistant certification (required)
• 1+ years of dental clinic experience (preferred)
• Knowledge of sterilization procedures and OSHA standards
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
