ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Provide administrative support to the Career Services Manager.
  • Assist in ensuring that all PMI Campus Career Services Departments comply with all rules and regulations set forth by the accrediting agencies (ABHES and programmatic).
  • Provide in-person and virtual support for campus-facing CS teams, including covering vacancies as needed. This role requires regular travel up to 50% to assigned campuses or other locations as directed.
  • Research information to assist CS departments (corporate and campus) with the compilation of necessary reports.
  • Assist with monitoring and collection of required survey, advisory board, and affiliation agreement documentation for existing and developing programs.
  • Complete research tasks to assist the CS Manager with data compilation for CS reports, audits, and employment trends.
  • Document weekly reports in preparation for one-on-one meetings with Career Services Coordinators (CSCs).
  • Input data related to Externship LDAs, future graduation summaries, and audit for inconsistencies, including Bad Extern Begin Dates, Grad Dates, Verification Dates, and Employment Start Dates.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and recommend process improvements for career services operations.
  • Alongside the Career Services Manager, complete onboarding and training support for new CS employees.
  • Approve or deny waivers and exceptions for career services programs, exercising independent judgment based on policy and student needs.
  • Complete ad hoc audits and special assignments as needed (e.g., externship monitoring documentation reviews).
    • Provide timely results and summaries of audit findings.
  •  Act as a training resource for CS employees; schedule and conduct follow-ups with new CSCs after initial training.
  •  Develop and revise career services initiatives, making strategic decisions to improve program effectiveness.
  • Design, implement, and update comprehensive training programs and materials (e.g., video voice-overs, presentations, manuals) for career readiness, to ensure alignment with industry standards, employer demands, and student outcomes.
  • Provide other career services-facing support when campuses are short-staffed, in-person and virtually.
    •  Responsibilities include verification of employment, monitoring timesheets, scheduling exits, and coordinating with clinical sites for documentation.
  • Primary duties involve the exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance to career services operations.
  • Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  •  Associate's degree from an institution accredited by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation.
  •  Minimum three (3) years of career services or placement experience.
  •  Minimum two (2) years of career counseling or teaching experience.
  • Demonstrated networking experience, including building professional relationships with employers, community partners, or stakeholders to support job placement initiatives.
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
