You will be responsible for instructing students in our core foundation curriculum, including:

Key Responsibilities:
As a Foundation Courses Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in our students' success. Your duties will include:
Instruction & Student Engagement

Design and deliver dynamic lesson plans in subjects like math, computers, and medical terminology using a variety of teaching techniques.

Foster an engaging and inclusive learning environment that accommodates diverse learning styles.

Maintain scheduled office hours to advise and assist students one-on-one.
Assessment & Program Support

Evaluate and grade student assignments, classwork, and papers promptly, providing constructive feedback.

Participate in student recruitment, registration, and placement activities.

Contribute to curriculum development by reviewing and suggesting improvements to course materials.
Community & Professional Development

Organize enriching activities such as guest speaker sessions, community service field trips, and visits to medical facilities.

Actively participate in faculty meetings, in-service training, graduations, and other campus events.

Complete all necessary student documentation, including attendance reports and progress alerts.
What You Bring (Qualifications):
Minimum Qualifications:

Graduation from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or CHEA OR a minimum of three (3) years of job-related training and experience.

At least three (3) years of practical, occupational experience in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare, IT, education).

Documented knowledge of Medical Terminology and Anatomy & Physiology through education or work experience.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
Preferred Qualifications:

Three (3) years of teaching or training experience.
