About the Role:
As Registrar at Pima Medical Institute, you'll serve as the cornerstone of our academic operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance while directly impacting student success. This is your opportunity to lead critical functions in a dynamic educational environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and audit student records to meet strict accreditation standards

• Oversee registration processes, transcript requests, and academic documentation

• Manage office operations including supply orders and textbook inventory

• Coordinate campus events from orientation through graduation

• Supervise and develop administrative staff

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 3+ years of office management or administrative experience

• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

• Strong technical proficiency with database systems

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

• Higher education experience preferred but not required
