Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

This is a vital, 100% in-person role where you will create a positive and professional experience for every student, staff member, and visitor. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred.
Your Key Responsibilities:

Welcome & Assist: Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, providing outstanding customer service and directing them appropriately.

Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and serve as a key information resource.

Campus Support: Provide essential clerical support, including data entry, copying, and filing. Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages.

Event Support: Assist with campus events such as New Student Orientation, Graduation, and staff appreciation events.

Administrative Duties: Support the Campus Director, Office Manager, and other departments with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework a plus).

At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role.

Experience in higher education or healthcare is a bonus!

A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
