SUMMARY  Serves as the primary, on-site point of contact for our Albuquerque campus, providing a welcoming and professional first impression to all students, staff, and visitors. This is an in-person role essential for the daily operations of our fast-paced medical college. The receptionist supports academic and administrative functions through exceptional communication, organization, and multitasking.

This is a vital, 100% in-person role where you will create a positive and professional experience for every student, staff member, and visitor. Bilingual Spanish speaking skills are highly preferred.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome & Assist: Greet all visitors with a warm and professional demeanor, providing outstanding customer service and directing them appropriately.

  • Communication Hub: Manage a multi-line phone system, route calls efficiently, take accurate messages, and serve as a key information resource.

  • Campus Support: Provide essential clerical support, including data entry, copying, and filing. Distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing packages.

  • Event Support: Assist with campus events such as New Student Orientation, Graduation, and staff appreciation events.

  • Administrative Duties: Support the Campus Director, Office Manager, and other departments with various administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

What We're Looking For (Qualifications):

  • High school diploma or equivalent (post-secondary coursework a plus).

  • At least 1 year of experience in a receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service role.

  • Experience in higher education or healthcare is a bonus!

  • A minimum typing speed of 45 WPM.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Bilingual in Spanish is highly preferred.
