Job Summary: 
As the Campus Director, you will serve as the chief executive and accountable leader for our San Antonio campus. You are entrusted with driving financial sustainability, fostering academic excellence, and ensuring unwavering regulatory integrity. This role offers full P&L ownership and the opportunity to shape a high-performance culture that puts student success at the forefront.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial & Operational Leadership:

  • Own campus P&L, including budget development, financial forecasting, and strategic expense control.

  • Optimize class scheduling and program offerings to maximize resource efficiency and student accessibility.

  • Oversee campus facilities management, including safety, maintenance, security, and capital expenditures.

Enrollment, Growth & Strategy:

  • Spearhead enrollment growth by collaborating with Corporate Marketing on data-informed outreach strategies.

  • Analyze key metrics (e.g., retention, graduation rates) to proactively address risks and capitalize on opportunities.

  • Build and nurture community partnerships to enhance PMI’s local reputation and create robust student recruitment pipelines.

Academic & Student Success:

  • Foster a mission-driven academic environment that promotes high levels of faculty and student engagement.

  • Oversee the end-to-end student experience, from onboarding and instruction to graduation and career placement support.

  • Model servant leadership to cultivate a collaborative, accountable, and inclusive campus culture.

Compliance & Regulatory Affairs:

  • Ensure 100% compliance with all Title IV, DOE, accreditor, and state authorization requirements.

  • Direct the timely and accurate submission of all federal reports and serve as the primary point of contact for audits.

  • Mitigate institutional risk through proactive policy enforcement and meticulous documentation.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, mentor, develop, and evaluate a high-performing team of faculty and staff aligned with PMI’s values.

  • Assign priorities, monitor workflow, and manage departmental resources effectively.

  • Promote cross-functional communication and alignment across all campus teams.

Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field. Equivalent combinations of training, education, and professional experience will be considered.

  • 5+ years of senior leadership experience within proprietary education, with direct P&L accountability.

  • Demonstrated, hands-on experience managing federal and state compliance (Title IV, DOE, accreditation standards).

  • A proven track record of improving key outcomes in enrollment, student retention, and financial performance.

  • Exceptional management, organizational, and influential communication skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet strict deadlines, and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Education, Business, or a related field.
