The Associate Campus Director supports the Campus Director with campus initiatives, activities, including campus operations, recruitment, education, admissions, financial aid, career services, and maintenance of facilities.

The ideal candidate is a strategic, organized leader who excels in operations, compliance, and project management. They are a collaborative communicator who builds strong relationships, ensure a well-run campus, and support student success with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.

A Day in the Life: 

Student Support & Engagement:

  • Collaborate with the Student Services Coordinator to advise students regarding academic, attendance, and program concerns.
  • Assist students in resolving personal problems as they relate to school.
  • Serve as a liaison among students, faculty, and staff regarding their education program.
  • Lead the appeal process for students applying for program re-enrollment; coordinate the appropriate committee, and communicate progress to re-applicants and staff.
  • Collaborate with campus staff to resolve student placement, financial aid, and admissions concerns.
  • Collaborate with the Campus Director and other administration to plan graduation and student and campus events.

Administrative & Financial Oversight:

  • Assist the Campus Director with accounts payable, petty cash, and the annual budget development.
  • Maintain financials for campus staff meetings.
  • Assist the Director with the compilation of statistical reports.
  • Prepare required reports to ensure compliance with accrediting agencies, maintaining state, federal, and accrediting standards.

Personnel Management & Training:

  • Assist the Campus Director in the interviewing process and onboarding new campus hires.
  • Supervise and train administrative office staff.
  • Recruit, select, and hire new office support staff.
  • Conduct performance evaluations.
  • Supervise the activities of clerical staff and provide training in office procedures.
  • In the absence of the Campus Director, manage all campus staff and faculty activities and maintain a supportive environment for employees.

Campus Operations & Safety:

  • Serve as the leader of the Campus Safety Committee.
  • Collaborate with the home office point person for all Clery Act reporting.
  • Conduct safety drills, campus training, and annual Omnilert testing.
  • Complete yearly updates of the campus Emergency Safety Manual.
  • Coordinate campus repairs and building maintenance.
  • Ensure campus physical facilities are clean, safe, and secure.

Compliance & Academic Administration:

  • Serve as Designated Signing Officer (DSO) for all Student Exchange Visitor Program (SEVP) international students.
  • Assist international students with appropriate forms and compliance within the SEVP system.
  • Complete catalog addendum updates.
  • Approve and coordinate all committee activities in collaboration with the Campus Director.
  • Event Planning & Institutional Initiatives
  • Collaborate with and assist the Campus Director in planning and implementing student activities such as graduations and appreciation days.
  • Provide oversight for all campus committees and their activities.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Baccalaureate degree in education, business, management, or related field. 
  • Three (3) years of experience managing a private, proprietary
  • Professional experience may be substituted for the degree to include any equivalent combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum requirements.

Compensation and Benefits:
