Essential Functions

  • Collaborate with the Campus Director and Corporate Director of Admissions to meet enrollment targets.

  • Provide regular updates to the Corporate Director of Admissions on activities and relevant issues.

  • Ensure compliance with PMI standards, federal and state regulations, and accreditation requirements.

  • Initiate communication with prospective students using software, phone, email, and other mediums to provide proactive guidance and support.

  • Maintain consistent and exceptional communication with applicants throughout the enrollment process, from initial contact to the first day of class.

  • Guide applicants through the admissions process, supporting their chosen educational pathway.

  • Conduct interviews with prospective students based on established guidelines.

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to web and email inquiries.

  • Provide detailed information about academic programs and address application, enrollment, and course-related questions.

  • Use reports and tracking tools to monitor progress against key performance indicators, including contacts, interviews, application processing, retention activities, and outreach efforts.

  • Update applicant statuses in the database and follow up as needed.

  • Coordinate campus tours for prospective students and their families.

  • Inform prospects about future class openings and enrollment opportunities.

  • Advise students on program options and resolve issues as they arise.

  • Facilitate required assessment tests, review results, and evaluate candidates' eligibility.

  • Partner with Financial Aid staff to determine eligibility and start dates for students.

  • Analyze data such as enrollments, follow-ups, starts, and marketing statistics.

  • Set clear expectations for applicants throughout the admissions process, fostering effective communication between Financial Aid, student outreach, and other departments for a seamless experience.

  • Represent PMI at job and career fairs, as well as high school visits, to recruit prospective students.

  • Participate in evening and weekend rotations as needed by the Admissions department.

  • Uphold high ethical standards by PMI, the Department of Education, accreditation, and regulatory guidelines.

  • Prioritize tasks effectively to meet monthly goals consistently.

  • Build and nurture positive relationships within the team, department, and across departments.

  • Adapt to changes and innovations in a fast-paced environment, reassessing priorities as needed.

  • Embrace coaching and feedback to continuously improve and exceed performance goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Preferred: Bachelor’s degree.

  • At least three (3) years of experience in education sales, admissions, or recruitment.

  • Experience in private, proprietary school environments preferred.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of problem-solving, conflict resolution, and customer satisfaction strategies.

  • Ability to build and sustain trusting relationships.

  • Any combination of training, education, or experience that meets the minimum qualifications.

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Hiring Salary Range: $70,940–$88,670 (based on experience and qualifications).
