Our Admissions Representative opportunity will play a key role in bringing new students into our career programs and providing them with the opportunity to achieve their goals. You will serve as a recruiter and advisor to guide our students into their educational journey.

Temporary Admissions Representative (Potential for Full-Time) – Denver, CO

Your Role:

As the first point of contact for prospective students, you’ll:

  • Connect with applicants via phone, email, and campus tours to understand their goals.

  • Guide students through enrollment with exceptional communication and compliance.

  • Collaborate across teams (Financial Aid, Outreach) to ensure seamless onboarding.

  • Represent PMI at career fairs and community events (some evenings/weekends).

  • Use data tools to track progress toward enrollment targets.

We’re Looking For:

? 3+ years in admissions/education sales (proprietary school experience a plus).
? Passion for mentoring diverse students and achieving goals.
? Strong communicator who builds trust effortlessly.
? Adaptability to innovate in a growing organization.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Temporary Pay Range: $26.75–$46.85/hour (equivalent to $55,640–$97,448 annually)
