Assist the campus admissions staff to arrange appointments for prospective students to discuss their education objectives.

From managing leads and tracking enrollments to preparing the materials that inspire applicants, your support will directly contribute to building our vibrant student community. 

Essential Functions

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and schedule appointments, rescheduling as needed.

  • Maintain and track admissions appointments to ensure accuracy and organization.

  • Distribute and mail school and program information to prospective students.

  • Enter and manage lead data in the Student Information System.

  • Monitor class schedules to maintain accurate future class start availability.

  • Oversee the lead bank system for reporting and record-keeping.

  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on appointments, leads, interviews, and enrollments.

  • Organize bulk mailings for prospective applicants.

  • Assist in grading entrance scholastic and typing tests for applicants.

  • Prepare and distribute daily admissions schedules to staff.

  • Reach out to no-show applicants to encourage appointment rescheduling.

  • Track incoming enrollments to ensure a smooth transition into school.

  • Maintain and distribute marketing material inventory.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Two (2) years of general office management experience.

  • Typing speed of at least 45 words per minute.

  • Proficiency in computer use and word processing.

  • Equivalent combinations of training, education, or experience may fulfill qualifications.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hiring Range: $17.84 - $21.40 per hour
